Special Tools Alfa Romeo supplied a huge range of special tools to their dealer network to perform the various service and maintenance jobs on the cars with the appropriate tools. For the customer it was not possible to purchase special tools from Alfa Romeo. However most of the special tools are not really necessary because a well assorted toolbox is sufficient enough for nearly all jobs. Nevertheless there are some special tools which ease a job tremendously or make a potentially dangerous job safe. I made blueprints of the tools I used over the years and thought it might be a good idea to make them accessible for you as well. If you have blueprints for other special tools I would like to ask you for a copy which I will post here so that others can participate as well. Additionally I had a look through the Alfa Romeo Special Tools Catalogue: On over 200 pages all special tools are shown in drawings of each tool in use. The drawings might be useful because they can give you an idea of how a special tool could be made up if necessary. The drawings of the tools I deemed useful are shown below. To download: All you need is the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader is a tool that allows to read and print the files you download. It is platform independent so it doesn't matter if you use a Windows PC or a Macintosh PC.If you don't have the software just mentioned click on the link to download the software first.
